Safeguarding
God's Children,
Attention
parents, grandparents, and everyone who wants to keep all children safe.
Safeguarding God's Children,
a course sponsored by the Episcopal Church, will be held at All Saints' May 4
after the 10:15 service. In order to safeguard the church environment,
this course is required for clergy, senior wardens and volunteers who work with
young people. Beginning in the fall it will also be required for all
vestry members. In addition, the course is an important reminder for
everyone
of how the vigilance of adults can keep kids safe at school, in clubs, in teams,
and in the neighborhood.
The Psalm 139 ministry
( Prayer Shawls) is running low on available shawls. We would love to have
some more knitters as demand is exceeding supply. If you would like
to participate, contact Patti Ryall. It is easy, satsifying, and can be done in
your own home in your own time. We will even teach you how to knit. Please
consider joining this valuable outreach ministry
